Ivana Grubor is a very strong and consistent player. Up to now she has always played for the team of her hometown Novi Sad. She is a little bit small for her position and does not have great athletic abilities, but she is still a good rebounder thanks to good timing and her strength while fighting for position in the paint. Grubor is also a good offensive player with very soft hands. She averaged 18.8 points and 6.4 rebounds per game in the EuroCup Women during the season 2007-08. She also took part in the last EuroBasket Women in Italy, averaging 10.2 points and 4.5 boards per game.
