Very much an unsung hero who is rarely given any of the limelight alongside her headline grabbing colleagues, Radocaj is a fundamental pillar of Serbia's recent success. That was clearly demonstrated during the stunning run to the semi-finals in France two years ago, when only one player was handed more game time than the playmaker. Even though she does not have much of a perimeter game to her name, she makes up for it with a number of other upsides. A good defender, strong organiser and real fighter, she has excellent court vision and a high basketball IQ. She is also aggressive and yet composed whenever she is on the floor and led the team in assists at EuroBasket Women 2013. Since then, she has played for two seasons outside of her homeland with Calgliari and Uni Gyor, so now brings even more to the table ahead of her fourth Final Round assignment.
