Dynamo Kursk swept into the EuroCup Women Final with a 59-51 triumph over Chevakata on Wednesday night in Russia.
Having claimed a 71-62 victory in the first meeting, Kursk ended up with a 17-point win on aggregate.
Anna Petrakova scored a game-high 19 points and teammate Temeka Johnson poured in 14 of her 18 points in the decisive first half for Kursk.
Just once in the contest, late in the first quarter, did Chevakata go in front and that was by a single point.
It happened when Loree Moore pulled up on a fast-break and made a jumper for a 12-11 lead.
Gunta Basko, the retired Latvia international who joined Kursk midway through the season, went to the other end and connected from long range to give the hosts a 14-12 advantage at the end of the quarter.
With 7:31 to go in the first half and Kursk on top, 17-16, they took command with a 19-8 run.
Anastasia Bocharova hit two free-throws and Petrakova scored on a fast-break to start the decisive spurt.
In the second half, the visitors got to within nine points and even reduced the deficit to eight by the end of the contest, but that never gave them a real chance of winning the tie.
Kursk will play the winner of Kayseri Kaskispor's Semi-Final with Botas.
Twice Kursk played Kayseri earlier this season and won each time.
Kayseri have a 12-point advantage going into Thursday's second leg.
