The two sides will meet in Italy for the first leg of their EuroCup Women Semi-Final and Taranto are in good form with 10 wins in their last 12 games, although they did fall to Lavezzini Parma 66-63 at the weekend to narrowly miss out on a place in the Coppa final.
"We paid for a mental weakness with respect to our rivals," said French point guard Audrey Sauret-Gillespie.
"But we have to forget this slip and regain the tactical union that has allowed us so far to have a starring role in Italy and in European competition.
"If we play as Cras, we can keep our heads up high against a strong opponent like Dynamo Moscow."
Sauret-Gillespie, a former France international, is still looking to find her form after struggling with a knee problem for the last three months.
Taranto coach Roberto Ricchini will expect his team to battle Dynamo.
In Thursday's other EuroCup Women Semi-Final, Dynamo Kursk take on Galatasaray.
