// 06 November 2003

Dynamo Kursk beat Kazan 69:68 in the final seconds of the game. Elena Grishina was the game's top scorer with 28. Her only points in the fourth period gave her team a close victory.

In the first quarter things seemed to go the other way. With main player Anastassia Dovidovitch sidelined because of a leg injury Kursk started nervously. The guests took the momentum to built a 9:20-lead after the first period.

But right from the start of the second period things started to turn around for the hosts. Suddenly Dynamo appeared to be playing with the belief that they would win this game.

But the Technological University held on to its lead though it was melting minute by minute.  Dynamo won the second period 21:18 an was only down by 8 (30:38).

The home team increased their efforts after the half and cut the margin to just two before the final period started (50:52).

Dynamo used a full court press from the first minute on and had Elena Grishina score the game winner to give Kursk a one-point victory.
