Katsiaryna Snytsina and Tarsus Belediye were too hot to handle for Novosibirsk on Thursday

The class and experience of Delisha Milton-Jones and Doneeka Hodges lifted Tarsus Belediye to an impressive 91-62 EuroCup Women victory against Dynamo Novosibirsk.

The veterans were in scintillating form for the Turkish club, who shot the lights out to make it two wins from their first two games in Group C after dominating from tip to buzzer.

Milton-Jones weighed in with 25 points, eight rebounds and four assists, whilst Hodges had 10 points, five assists and four boards.

There were also eye-catching cameos from Belarus national team player Katsiaryna Snytsina who had 18 points from an outstanding eight of nine floor shooting, Burcu Cigil had a perfect shooting game and Renee Montgomery had seven assists and five steals.

It was a first loss for the visitors who never got started, with only Devereaux Peters and Liubov Paskalenko anywhere near par.

In the three other early games of eight to be played on Thursday night, Horizont Minsk got their first success in Group C after they thrashed ACS Sepsi 97-65 thanks to a trio of excellent performances including an MVP contribution from Natallia Anufryienka.

She exploded for 28 points and also added a wonderful seven steals and five assists to take the limelight away from Belarus national team colleague Tatsiana Likhtarovich who had 21 points, as well as Ukrainian center Aleksandra Khomenchuk who had 23 points and 11 rebounds.

The visitors had been in the game up until half-time, but were blown out by a 30-12 third period which effectively ended their prospects of victory.

There was disappointment elsewhere in Belarus as the other two clubs competing both suffered home losses.

Across the city from where Horizont were celebrating, Tsmoki Minsk were contemplating a 77-69 Group A reverse at the hands of Homend Antakya.

The game had been locked at 54-54 in the last quarter, but it was the visitors who finished strongly to wrap up the victory. Evanthia Maltsi was the difference between the teams, with the Greek legend harvesting 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Kristen Morris fired 19 points for the hosts.

Lastly, phenomenal displays from Taisiia Bovykina and Yulia Kiseleva carried Spartak Noginsk to a comfortable 75-58 road win in Group D at Olimpia Grodno.

The former racked up 18 points and 12 rebounds, with the latter also claiming a super double-double by collecting 17 points and 20 rebounds as Spartak benefitted from the cushion of a positive start and 21-9 first quarter.
