The poster boy of Turkish basketball. Even though he is moving towards the wrong side of 30 he is still a deadly scorer. Not only by being one of the best shooters in Europe, Kutluay can score by any means necessary. He is so deadly from 3 point range all defenses are only 1 cm away from him and his uncanny instincts just show him the way to the basket. He almost magically finds a way to score and puts up 20 just as if he was walking in the park. He just has the scorer’s gift. But despite being such a prolific scorer he can’t go to his left, which by now, all defenses know. Also his age began to show on the defensive end with very limited lateral movement. He contributes very little to the areas other than scoring. But his designated role is to be the assassin and he is still a master of his art. |
