|Greece only lost one game at the U20 European Championship Women Division B to finish first in Klatovy|
Greece, who have secured promotion alongside Germany and Hungary, were trailing 55-54 going into the final period but reeled off seven quick points to lead 61-55 on Anna Stamolamprou's jump-shot with 6:46 left to go.
The Czechs kept battling and were within three, 74-71, when Dominika Pohunkova split a pair of free throws 55 seconds from time.
But after Stamolamprou added two more free throws, Pohunkova missed a three-pointer and then a lay-up and the Czech challenge faded away.
