Tamara Radocaj has always been loyal to her hometown Vrsac. Since the beginning of her career she has played for Hemofarm, one of the top teams in Serbia. She has been coached by Serbia's coach Jovica Antonic from 2005 to 2008. This season she was considered to be the best guard of the Serbian league, if not the best player. In the EuroCup, she averaged 12.8 points, 2.8 boards and 3.0 assists per game. The 21-year-old player wore the Serbian jersey only once at EuroBasket Women 2007 in Italy.
