Margret Skuballa is determined to lead Germany to a fifth-place finish at this year's U20 European Championship for Women.
The BC Pharmaserv small forward believes her team has what it takes to achieve that aim in Sofia.
"For us it would be very good to finish in the top five places," said Skuballa.
||It's a very tough competition, there are very strong teams out there and we just have to try to play as best as we can.
"I think it's a realistic aim considering we have a strong group and we have a lot of ambition."
Germany bounced back from their opening defeat to France by beating tournament hosts Bulgaria and Ukraine to progress to the qualifying round.
Much of Germany's chances will depend on Skuballa's performance.
Skuballa played a pivotal part in Germany finishing sixth in last year's tournament in Sopron as she Sled her team in scoring with 15 points per game.
France limited her to just six points but she recovered her touch against Bulgaria and Ukraine, where she poured in a game-high 26 points and 23 respectively.
"This is my second U20 European tournament so I know what to expect," she said.
