Montenegro overturned a first-quarter deficit to beat Lithuana 83-64 in the final of U20 European Championship Women Division B on Sunday.

Snezana Aleksic paced the victors with 22 points, with 13-point hauls from Laima Rickeviciute and Vitalija Vasciunaite leading the way in a losing cause for Lithuania.

Both teams will play in Division A next year.

In the third-place match, Great Britain edged Portugal 79-73.

Johannah Leedham top-scored for Britain with 26 points, which was equalled by Portugal's Larisse Lima.
