Maria Pina and Alejandra de la Fuente added 13 points apiece to guide Spain to their fifth consecutive triumph.
De La Fuente pulled down a whopping 19 rebounds as Spain outrebounded Belgium 49-31 for the game.
Spain delivered some telling blows early in the second quarter, breaking opening a close game.
Having trailed 16-11 after 10 minutes played, Belgium were then hit with a 25-5 run as Spain went into the break with a commanding 41-16 lead.
Belgium showed no signs of revival and were outscored 17-9 over the next 10 minutes as Spain showed no mercy.
Belgium had their worst shooting day of the competition as they were a mere 17 of 56 (30.3%) from the floor while their opponents were 29 of 65 (44.6%).
Lieselot Malfait had a team-high 11 points in defeat.
