Sara Bas is one of a rare breed of Belgian post players with decent height. The Hasselt native will be the center for the team which will compete at the U21 World Championship in Moscow.  The 20-year-old also received the opportunity to participate to the qualification campaign with Laurent Buffard. She played some minutes during the preparations but did not see any action in the qualifying games.
