Luisa Michulkova spent last summer making up for missing EuroBasket Women 2009 with an ACL by leading her National Team in the absence of star point guard Zuzana Zirkova. She was excellent in qualifying when she joint top scored having made use of her athleticism to run the open floor, and putting her shooting skills to the test. The real bonus was that she showed she can be a real leader and her qualities shone through in a difficult campaign. She has also had some big numbers in EuroLeague Women in past seasons while more recently she has gained experience playing in Liga Femenina to add to her resume.
