Arena Not Big Enough For Karsiyaka Hype

With tickets for the EuroChallenge Final Four sold out quickly and temperatures in the Mediterranean city of Izmir pleasantly high, a public viewing was set-up to give those without a ticket a chance to be part of the event.

A good number of fans gathered at a mobile screen, set up directly at the sea promenade to watch the tense game between hosts Pinar Karsiyaka and EWE Baskets Oldenburg

Karsiyaka fans suffered and celebrated with their team for the entire 40 minutes as starting center Abdul Aminu fouled out in only eight minutes of playing time and their team unable to open a bigger lead over the German side

After the game the joyous atmosphere in the arena was echoed outside with fans continuing the celebrations until late at night
