KRKA avenged their season-opening defeat to BK Prostejov by handing the Czech side its first setback in Group E of the EuroChallenge.
In Novo Mesto, Christopher Booker had 13 points and nine rebounds as KRKA rolled to a 78-62 triumph.
Both sides are now 3-1.
The margin of victory gives KRKA a better goal differential in their head-to-head meetings with Prostejov, who won the first meeting by 12 points.
That could be important in a couple of weeks if tie-breakers are needed to determine the final places in Regular Season standings.
Leading 32-28 early in the second half, KRKA lowered the boom by going on a 16-5 run with Booker pouring in six points and Dusan Djordjevic five.
By the end of the quarter, the hosts had a 53-35 advantage.
They cruised over the last 10 minutes for an important win.
Benas Veikalas had a game-high 24 points in defeat.
