If BC Khimik are going to climb the table in Ukraine's domestic league and also advance from the EuroChallenge Regular Season, two things need to happen.
The club has to have fun, but also show more determination from the time they run onto the floor to the time they walk off it.
"I think that the last few games, we did play well for three quarters, but I don't think we played hard the entire 40 minutes, the entire game," power forward Travis Garrison said.
"In order to win in this league and the EuroChallenge, that's something that we have to do.
"We have to play hard the whole game and not just different times during the game.
"We have good guys on our team right now that are willing to work hard.
"We just have to go out there and do it."
Khimik are at the bottom of the Superleague in Ukraine and they had a losing start in Europe on Tuesday when falling 82-71 at home to BK Ventspils.
"A few guys got in early foul trouble and that hurt us," Garrison said.
"We didn't get the rebounds.
"That's not talent, that's heart - the willingness to actually go out there and do it."
