COACH QUOTES

Khimik vs. Strasbourg Quotes

Lavell Blanchard, BC Khimik:

"It was a very difficult game because Strasbourg is a very good team, the coach had a great game plan. But we worked really hard to win the game. Right now we need to keep going. Enjoy today's game and work hard tomorrow."

Dmitriy Bazelevskiy, BC Khimik Coach:

"I can't say that the game was as good as we planned. But we are very glad that we've won. This game was mentally important for as after all the games that we lost. We still need to work on the quality of the game. We made a lot of mistakes that can't be in the European games, but we've showed a wonderful fight."

David Simon, Strasbourg:

"It's was a tough game. Khimik is physically a very tough team. We had a couple of chances to make the score equal. It was our mistake that we didn't and that's why we lost the game."

Frederic Sarre, Strasbourg Coach

"It's impossible to win the game if we are not able to play good defense. It's difficult to win on the road if you let the team to score at a high percent. I also can tell that today Khimik had much more will to win this game. And we knew that they will do there best to win the game because of the two lost games."
