Renaldas "Ronny" Seibutis has often been described as a perfect role player, but over the last couple of years at Lietuvos Rytas, he has shown that he is capable of leading the team as well. Having been heralded as Lithuania's next big thing growing up, the always-energetic shooting guard has failed to live up to the lofty expectations, but has still become a well-respected name over the years. During last year's preparations, Seibutis had his cheekbone broken by a wild elbow in practice and had to miss the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, but went on to re-join the squad in London. Despite not playing much, the player used the minutes he got efficiently with his usual unselfish and consistent input at both ends of the court.
