The result has left the French team with a 3-2 record in Group B while dropping Keravnos to 1-4.
Pierre Pierce, one of Hyeres' outstanding performers in the EuroChallenge, finished an assist shy of a double-double.
He had 18 points, nine assists and five rebounds.
SAOS Hyeres led from start to finish, although Keravnos stayed within striking distance until the final minutes.
RaRick Hughes had eight points while Pierce and Hrvoje Perincic each contributed six apiece for SAOS in the first quarter.
They led by as many as nine in the frame but Keravnos went to the second quarter only trailing 24-20.
The hosts then extended their advantage to 49-39 by half-time, but Keravnos reduced the arrears to five in the third quarter 57-52 before heading to the fourth trailing 62-54.
They got no closer than seven over the final 10 minutes.
Panagiotis Trisokkas had 13 points and six rebounds for Keravnos. Jason Straight and LaMarr Grier each had 14 points.
