Arvydas Cepulis scored 13 of his 30 points in the final quarter to lead BC Siauliai to their first victory in Round II play, beating Group I rivals Liege Basket 87-82.
Siauliai were trailing 62-60 when the fourth quarter began and fell further behind when Great Britain veteran Roger Huggins made a pair of free throws.
But they tied the game up at 68-68 when Andrius Mazutis sank a three pointer with 7:56 left and were soon ahead 71-68 on Cepulis' shot from the arc.
Tadas Klimavicius added another three-ball and, after Karim Souchu hit a three for Liege, Cepulis then made three from the charity stripe as Siauliai padded their lead.
The advantage grew to seven points when Cepulis made a jump shot with 2:59 left, but Liege than began to close back in as Huggins and Souchu made shots in quick succession.
With the difference back down to three, Liege called a timeout, but after Souchu's steal, both Huggins and Conlan missed - the latter on a three pointer - and Mantas Ruikis sealed the win with two free throws with 18 seconds left.
Arturas Masiulis finished with 15 points and nine rebounds while Klimavicius added 12 and 11 boards for the victors.
Souchu finished with 23 points for Liege while Huggins had 22 and 11 rebounds. Travis Andrew Conlan dished out 17 assists.
The result leaves the two teams both with 1-3 records at the foot of the group table.
