GAME REPORT

Strasbourg 84 Tuborg 85

Strasbourg's undefeated home record in the 2004/2005 season came to an end tonight after an overtime loss to Turkish side Tuborg Izmir. Strasbourg currently lie in 3rd place in the French League and have won all 4 of their home contests, but could extend their record in the FIBA Europe League.

The game was Strasbourg's to win as the home side took a 12-point advantage into the fourth quarter. But Tuborg found their long range shooting touch and came back into contention. Alex Jensen was the key man for the Turkish side, as he hit all 6 of his 2-pt field goal attempts and 5/11 from 3-point range.

The game was tied 74-74 after regulation and it was Jensen who made the difference in overtime as his basket lifted Tuborg to an 84-85 win.

Jensen finished with a game high 27 points, while point guard Hakan Köseoglu added 18.
