4,500 Perm fans supported Ural Great tonight and helped their team to win this thrilling match against Aris 98-93.

Nobody in the gym was able to predict the winner of the game until the very last seconds. Although Ural Great started the first quarter with a 5-0 run, Aris center Fedor Likholitov alone evened the score and both teams balanced each other out which lead to a even score after 10 minutes (28-28).

Had a huge impact on Ural's victory: Kristos Lavrinovic
In the second period Ural Great’s center Ksistof Lavrinovic took control of the game, scoring 15 points and pulling down 4 rebounds. But on the other side Nestoras Kommatos kept his team in the ball game scoring 18 points in the first quarter. Nevertheless Ural Great was able to spread its lead to 11 points at half time (54-43).

However, Aris never gave up and kept their chances to win this game getting great support by former UCLA-player Toby Bailey (13 points) and William Parker (7 points). For the home team former NBA-star Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf scored 13 points helping Perm to keep its 11-point lead (73-62).

In the last quarter Aris shocked the home crowd and their opponents with an unexpected run. At the same time Ural wasn’t able to score a single point on several attacks. Nevertheless in the end 4 points and 7 rebounds made by Lavrinovic became crucial to secure Ural Great’S ninth win in the eleventh game of this year’s FIBA Europe League.
