MVP of the game: Tephen Hamilton (Azovmash)
The beginning of the match was in favor of the guests from Bosnia (2-5). But in the fourth minute Azovmash equalled the game (7-7). But Azovmash played better as a team. Siroki just counted one single assist the entire game. So the Ukranian side managed to gain control of the game and at the end of the quarter they led by six points (21-15).

In the second quarter the players of Azovmash, thanks to a very good performance from Tephen Hamilton, rolled over the Bosnian team. Mariupol pushed their advantage to 17 and so they went to the locker rooms with a pretty comfortable score of 45-28.

In the third quarter the playmaker of the guests Damir Vujanovic found his game. He led all players with 26 points and had two big baskets, that brought back the game back to life in the 25th minute (57-45). But Azovmash held their lead steady till the end of the quarter (62-48).

In the final period Azovmash simply had the deeper bench and managed to finish the game with a victory. Even though the Bosnians won the last quarter 20-22, they still lost 70-82 in Mariupol.

MVP of the game: Tephen Hamilton (Azovmash) with 20 points on 9/12

COACH QUOTES

Quotes Azovmash - CBC Siroki

Ivan Velic, Assistant Coach, CBC Siroki:

"We are fifty percent satisfied with the game. The most important thing for us is still the Adriatic League, so, we let the younger players play at the FIBA Europe League to get a good experience."

Teo Simovic, CBC Siroki:

"We were a little bit tired by the trip, so we were not able to show tonight all we can do."

Andrei Podkovyrov, Head Coach, Azovmash:

"Tonight, we played a good game, if you don’t take into an account the weak beginning and the closing. We’ve got much more serious trials ahead. And we’ll do our best to be ready for them."

Tephen Hamilton, Azovmash:

"Tonight, we played a good game, though in the closing of the match our players lost concentration, so we did not finish the game, the way we were supposed to."
