The Belgian club trailed 41-36 at the end of the third period but held their nerve. With the game knotted at 67-67, Timothy Black and Brandon Gay hit jump shots. After Kaspars Kambala replied with a jumper to make it 71-69, a Black lay-up and Thomas Gardner three-pointer put them home side on the way to victory. Black had 22 points for Antwerp, who won despite hitting just four of 29 shots from long range and 11 of 19 free-throws. They were 33 of 75 from the floor overall. Enisey Krasnoyarsk made 25 of 54 shots from the floor, including seven of 22 from behind the arc. They had 14 turnovers to just four for Antwerp. |
