The Polish forward finished as the fifth-leading scorer in the tournament averaging 15.5 points-per-game, while he also collected 7.6 rebounds per-encounter.
Jeszke is joined on the All-Tournament Team by Belgian sharp-shooter Vincent Kesteloot, Sweden's Ludvig Hakanson, Milovan Draskovic of champions Montenegro and Andrej Magdevski of hosts F.Y.R. Of Macedonia.
Draskovic, a 2.08 center, was instrumental in Montenegro's gold medal success as he averaged 10.5 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks-per-game in Strumica.
Kesteloot was the tournament's top scorer as he averaged 18.6 points per game on 57% shooting from the floor, and also picked up 8.1 rebounds on average to propel the Belgians to a third-place finish that grants them top-flight status next year.
Magdevski was one of the stand-out point guards in this year's edition of the competition and led the hosts in scoring, with 14.5 points per game, assists (3.3 per game) and steals (2.3 per game).
Hakansson was another guard that turned heads in Strumica with his performances as the tournament's third-leading scorer with 17.9 points per game, while he was the fourth-best passer with 4.3 assists-per-night and also contributed 4.8 rebounds-per-game.
