Poland have suffered a double injury blow to their EuroBasket qualifying campaign with Krzystof Szubarga ruled out for the long-term with ruptured ligaments in his knee, while Adam Lapeta has a twisted ankle.

Szubarga has undergone srugery on his injury and faces a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

Lapeta, who was hurt warming up for the second game against Portugal, subsequently missing the loss to Bulgaria, has begun treatment with the hope of featuring again.

However, he will not be involved when Poland bid to improve on their 1-2 start against Belgium on Saturday.
