Career: Peristeri (Greece-ESAKE, 1996-98), Fortitudo Bologna (Italy-Lega, 1998-2000), Virtus Kinder Bologna (Italy-Lega, 2000-02), L.A. Clippers (NBA, 2002-04), Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA, 2005-…). Drafted by the Los Angeles Clippers in the second round (#30) of the 2002 NBA Draft.

When it comes to popularity, Marko Jaric is definitely the biggest star on the team, especially if you ask the ladies. He inherited talent and charm from his father Srecko, who was one of the best players in Yugoslavia during the 70’s. Along with many other teenagers at the beginning of the 90’s, such as Predrag Stojakovic, Jaric left his country which was troubled with war and UN sanctions. They all found sanctuary in Greece and were given citizenship. Marko was a member of the 2001 EuroBasket and 2002 World Championship gold medal teams and the only player to ever win back-to-back Italian League Championships with two different teams (2001-Kinder Bologna and 2000-Fortitudo Bologna). A modern playmaker who forms a perfect duo with Rakocevic. His height plus his quickness put him in front of the competition.
