Jaime Fernandez had 17 points, five rebounds, eight assists and zero turnovers while Guillermo Hernangomez and Daniel Diez both scored 15 points and Alejandro Abrines Redondo added 14 points.
Martin Kriz paced the Czechs with 20 points and 11 rebounds with Tomas Kyzlink had 12 points in a losing effort.
The biggest lead of the first quarter was five points - on two occasions for Spain, who led 27-23 after one period.
The Iberians pushed the gap to 13 points - 43-30 - before the Czechs trimmed it to 43-38 at the break.
Spain opened the second half on a 16-3 surge for a 59-41 lead, which was 67-48 after three quarters. And a 10-0 run early in the fourth period any thoughts of a Czech comeback.
