A 94-71 win in the second leg helped the Finnish club pull the match around after the Hungarians had prevailed 88-73 in the first leg.
Matthew Williams was huge for Lappeenranta as he poured in 24 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the victors.
Five more players posted double digit scores for the Finns - they were Pasi Riihela (16 and nine rebounds), Jussi Terho Kumulainen (15), Chris Christoffersen, Andre Foreman (both 11) and Chanan Safir Colman (10).
Terry Williams Jr scored 16 points and grabbed six boards in a losing cause for the Hungarians while Wayne Powell (13) and Martynas Andriukaitis (11) also hit double figures.
Ural Great and Khimik are already through to the last four while CAB Madeira and Olympia will dispute the fourth spot on Friday.
