Zoi Dimitrakou

Career: Apollon Kalamarias (Greece-A2, 1998-2005), Megas Aleksandros (Greece-A1, 2005-06), Panionios (Greece-A1, 2006-07) , Megas Aleksandros (Greece-A1, 2007-09)

One of the youngest players in the 2007 squad and only managed a couple of minutes of action but has developed into one of the most exciting players in Greek A1. Having only tasted five minutes per game during qualification, she can expect more court time after a stunning season with her club side. One of the top scorers in the league and utilising her all around skills as a natural small forward, she can play anywhere, is difficult to guard and is persistently fouled. The only black spots have been her tendency to turn the ball over and her perimeter shooting. This hot prospect could realise her huge potential as she knows how to get to the hoop and make jump shots.
