Katia Levitsky made her EuroBasket Women debut for Israel way back in 2003 as a mere teenager and will be playing in her fourth tournament when she takes to the floor at Eurobasket Women 2011. A good rebounder and with good size for match-ups in the paint, what sets Levitsky aside is her ability to drift to the perimeter and convert on a consistent basis from downtown. Her 19 points against Belarus at Latvia 2009 was one of the most memorable individuals performances for Israel and that points haul came by way of four triples from five attempts. She also had almost three times as many rebounds as any other teammate at EuroBasket Women 2009 and will once again be charged with getting through the bulk of the work on the glass as well as showcasing her shot-blocking ability.
