Having burst onto the scene in 2005 when she played in the U20 European Championship Women, Limoura was then promoted to the senior side and had an impact with almost five points a game in limited court time. Having moved to Italy from the Greek A1 two seasons ago, she has seen her opportunities limited in the national team but could be back in the frame again. Certainly Greece can benefit from her dribble penetration and ability to pick out a pass coming off the bench. She may only be on the periphery of things as Coach Missas does have a settled core but she is a good character and it will be interesting to see if she can get back into the fray in a third EuroBasket.
