Ireland are off to a flying start at the U16 European Championship for Women Division B.
Catriona M. Foley led all scorers with 22 points and as the Irish whipped Switzerland 72-51 for their third victory in as many games at the event.
Ireland led by six heading into the final quarter but out-scored their opponents 27-12.
Tessa Solan poured in 12 points and corralled grabbing 10 rebounds for the Irish, while Foley and Clodagh A. Scannell came up with three steals apiece.
Ireland top Group B ahead of Slovenia, Bulgaria and Switzerland (all 1-1) and Luxembourg (0-3).
The Bulgarians ran roughshod over Luxembourg on Sunday, winning 50-36.
In Group C, the Slovak Republic overcame a 20-point effort from the Netherlands' Zera Butter to win 61-54 and Estonia got 22 from Mailis Pokk to beat Bosnia-Herzegovina 64-58.
The Slovakians are now 2-0 while the Dutch and Estonia are both 1-1. The Bosnians have dropped both of their encounters so far.
Finland (2-0) won 62-53 over Romania and top Group D while Croatia defeated Montenegro 87-74.
Croatia and Romania are each 1-1 while Montenegro are 0-2.
Denmark (2-0) defeated England 57-47 and Portugal (2-1) beat Israel 59-52 in Group A.
In the group, Portugal are 2-1, while Greece and Israel are 1-1. England have lost all three of their games.
