Katerina Elhotova

A deadly three-point shooter Katerina Elhotova, still only 21-years-old, already has established herself as one of the most important figures for USK Prague and the National Team. At the age of just 17 she played at EuroBasket Women 2007 in Italy and then tasted court-time at the Olympics. Consequently EuroBasket Women 2011 will not be a new experience for the Prague native despite her tender age. Learning from the likes of Horakova and Viteckova, this versatile guard can do a whole lot more than just bomb from downtown. Happy with the ball in her hands and running plays to find her teammates, she can not only score but can create for others as well. She amassed over 16 points per game at the U19 World Championship Women in 2007 and has continued that scoring threat throughout her club career helping her to attain EuroLeague Women All Star status.
