IWBF Europe is widely considered one of the most proactive among the continental zones that make up the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation, but last weekend was extremely hectic even by the standards of its busy Council Members.
The IWBF Europe Executive Council Autumn Meeting was held at the FIBA Europe offices in Munich, in the presence of FIBA Europe President Olafur Rafnsson.
