Spain showed no mercy against Georgia on the last day of the First Round at the U20 European Championship in a 111-49 rout to make it three wins in as many days for the Group C winners.
Coming into the last game, Spain had already secured first place, while Georgia didn't have even theoretical chances of qualifying to the Second Round.
The Iberians started the game with an 11-0 run and set the tone for the rest of the encounter by pushing up the tempo whenever they had the chance.
The Spanish team had 32 points from fast-breaks, while Georgia collected only two.
Jorge Sanz and Daniel Diez led Spain with 17 points, while Jaime Fernandez chipped in with 15 points, as Spain dominated pretty much in every single aspect of the game.
However, it wasn't all good news for Spain as Francisco Guerra had to be helped off the court by his teammates in the fourth quarter after injuring his knee.
Georgia's 18-year-old big man Beka Burjanadze had 15 points, while Duda Sanadze collected 10 points and five rebounds.
Spain will start the Second Round with two victories, having defeated Turkey and Latvia who also advanced to the next round, while Georgia will now fight in the 13th-16th place Classification Round with three other teams.
