After three games played in Classification Group G, Serbia, Turkey and Germany are tied with a 2-1 record, all keeping their hopes alive to stay in Division A. The teams will play each other again to find out who will secure the vital 9th place.

The Serbian side were playing for their life in Division A and it was Aleksandra Crvendakic who stepped up to secure a place in this fight.

She scored 23 points and grabbed 8 rebounds, helping Serbia defeat Turkey in a match that her team dominated from the first minute.

Zeljka Petkovic, with 12 points and seven rebounds, and Aleksandra Katanic's double-double with 11 points and rebounds, were also highlighting the Serbian team.

Turkey tried a comeback with a 25-11 run in the last period, but Serife Onar's 20 points were not enough to turn the game around, as Serbia won 70-61.

It was Emma Stach who took the stage, again, in Germany's win over England, 69-42.

Stach scored 19 of her 22 points in the second half, after her team only secured a narrow lead at half-time, 25-23.

After their brilliant win over Serbia, Germany clinched their second victory in the tournament, getting major help by Maj Vom Hofe and Lisa Janko.

Vom Hofe scored 16 points, while Janko had 12, playing an important part, mainly in the first half.

The English had their best scorer in Leah McDerment, who lead the team with nine points and two rebounds.
