Croatia prevail over Greece in an epic double overtime thriller to clinch first place in Group F and end Greece's hopes of making the EuroBasket quarter-finals.
Croatia edged out Greece 92-88 after double overtime in a clash that featured 18 lead changes and saw the scores tied on 19 occasions, to clinch top spot in Group F and terminate the Hellenic side's EuroBasket 2013 campaign in the process.
On the final day of the Second Round there are still spots being fought over for the quarter-finals and Juan Orenga and Jose Calderon are well aware that there are no guarantees that their tournament will continue after Monday.
Group F action comes to a close on Monday with Spain and Greece vying, albeit not in a direct clash, for the last available quarter-final berth at EuroBasket 2013.
