In doing so, they have become the first Danish team to win an U18 European Division A game.
As to be expected, Larsen was influential in the win with 20 points and 13 rebounds, his third consecutive double-double.
Trailing by seven points going into the final frame, Denmark dominated the last 10 minutes, outscoring their opponents 23-8 to set up the historic win.
Damien Jeszke was the best of the Poles with 11 points and 14 rebounds.
Leading at half-time, Germany were guilty of fading in the third quarter as Mouhammadou Jaiteh landed six late points to have France up by five going into the last 10 minutes.
Germany did not come back to challenge for the lead again.
Jaiteh was the game's outstanding performer with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Kevin Harley also amassed 18 points.
Gavin Schilling was the best of the Germans with 11 points.
On Wednesday France take on Poland and Denmark face Germany.
