Helped lead Spain through the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament and into the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing.  The Spanish finished in fifth place and Valdemoro averaged 13.0 points per contest.  Named a EuroLeague Women All-Star playing for powerhouse CSKA Moscow, the 1.83m forward made the move to Spanish powerhouse Ros Casares in the off-season.
