Croatian international Iva Sliskovic joins Schio from French side Angers UF

Beretta Famila Schio have signed terms with Croatian national team forward Iva Sliskovic as they begin the process of shaping their roster for next season.

Fresh from retaining their Italian Championship title, head coach Miguel Mendez can look forward to working with the 29-year-old again, having done so at Rivas Ecopolis.

Rivas is one of three EuroLeague Women clubs which Sliskovic has represented in her career, having also played at UE Sopron and most recently, Perfumerias Avenida.

The Zagreb native has been playing her club basketball in the French League of late with Angers UF, posting one of the most productive campaigns of her career with 14 points and 6.6 rebounds per game.

Sliskovic is expected to play for Croatia in the EuroBasket Women 2015 2nd Qualification Round next month.
