| Laura Nicholls and Rachel Allison provided a dominant inside presence for Rivas Ecopolis|
Rivas Ecopolis produced one of their best displays of their campaign to record a convincing 89-68 success at BK Imos Brno to move to the brink of the EuroLeague Women play-offs.
They shot down their rivals with a nicely balanced inside-outside offensive approach which witnessed some smart perimeter shooting and dominant performances by frontcourt duo Laura Nicholls and Rachel Allison, who both just missed out on double-doubles.
The former landed 16 points and nine rebounds, whilst Allison claimed 16 points and nine boards to give their team plenty of production both in the paint and also on the glass.
The win was also achieved by the visitors taking a seriously tight grip of the game during the middle two quarters, having initially trailed 31-23 after the first 12 minutes.
Rivas shifted up through the gears to turn the game on its' head by firstly getting their noses in front with nine unanswered points and then pulling away with a blistering 26-14 third quarter.
Brno tried to launch a salvage mission, primarily calling upon Alena Hanusova who eventually finished with 16 points, but they couldn't haul themselves back into contention and subsequently fell to a fourth straight loss.
Gaby Ocete had five steals for the visitors, who secured successive Group B victories.
